Job description

RP Sol is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join their growing practice in Tucson, AZ. This is a 100% IR, partnership-track position, with independent contractor opportunities also available. The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to grow in both clinical and non-clinical capacities within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Practice Info

  • Full-time, 100% IR focused practice
  • Support provided by 2 APPs for light IR procedures
  • Additional support tools including VRAs, AI tools, and 24/7 IT and administrative support
  • Utilizes next-generation operation system MosaicOS™, a fully cloud-and AI-native platform
  • Supportive leadership team with strong working relationship with trauma surgeons
  • Provides subspecialty radiology coverage and support in partnership with Northwest Healthcare, an integrated healthcare network in Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of interventional procedures
  • Execute advanced procedures including cryoablation, embolizations, kyphoplasty, TIPS, and UFE

Compensation

  • Salary range for this position is $500,000-$550,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • Commencement bonus

  • Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in Arizona
  • Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
