Position Summary
Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist comfortable reading all modalities to support several Northern Indiana locations. This is a full-time, onsite day position with call. This IR position will offer a diverse caseload including Y90 radioembolization, thrombectomy, tumor ablation and other advanced procedures. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to practice IR and read a diverse case mix. Our hospitals are in the greater Chicagoland area located 30-60 minutes from Chicago which allows great flexibility to live in or near the thriving metropolis of Chicago and do a reverse commute traveling to and from our Indiana hospitals.
The position also leverages Radiology Partners' Mosaic AI Operating System, an advanced technology platform that uses artificial intelligence and workflow automation to prioritize studies, improve turnaround times, and reduce administrative burden so radiologists can focus on high-quality diagnostic interpretation.
This position offers up to $100K starting bonus along with a highly competitive compensation package and the opportunity to join a stable, physician-led practice with long-term growth potential.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule: Day Position | M-F
  • Shift: 7am -4pm CST
  • One week of call per 6 weeks (approximately 10 weeks of call per year)
  • Leadership opportunities available with additional compensation

NWIR serves Franciscan Health, the second largest health care delivery system in Indiana, providing coverage across 7 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers, including a Level III Trauma Center, in a Tort Reform state. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Board certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology preferred

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $650,000 - $700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
