Job description

Shift: Weekends - 2:30pm - 11:00pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inventory management,
  • Data entry for supply requisitions and medical inventory counts.
  • Accept and verify supply/equipment deliveries
  • Distribute, organize, and maintain supplies
  • Performs a physical inventory of general and specialty supplies.,
  • Performs data entry of supply/equipment orders and discrepancies.
  • Accepts, uncrates/unpacks, receives, stores or reshelves and distributes daily shipments
  • Audits/verifies shipments for correct units received
  • Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operations.
  • Pick supplies and transport to specified areas
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with hospital/surgical supplies (optional)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Basic user in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Ability to perform computer related tasks relating to data input in a menutype materials management information system
  • Operating supply chain experience strongly preferred
  • Supply chain experience strongly preferred
  • Physical requirements:
  • Lifting objects constantly; 50pound objects frequently; and 100pound objects occasionally is required pound objects occasionally is required
