What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Supervisor & Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse operations and inventory control while supporting inspection, service, and installation teams.

  • Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce shrinkage or loss.
  • Oversee inspection material coordination to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Partner with field managers and project teams to ensure technicians have necessary materials.
  • Develop and improve workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse and operations support staff.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized facility.
  • Track, report, and analyze warehouse and inventory performance metrics.
  • Support customer needs by resolving material or scheduling escalations.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or operations coordination experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, or inspection materials preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
