Business Litigation Associate Attorney – Minneapolis

Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in Minneapolis. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex commercial, civil, and business litigation matters for a diverse national and international client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-stakes litigation matters, including trade secret and non-compete disputes, intellectual property litigation, and M&A-related litigation.
  • Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, motion practice, and brief writing.
  • Conduct legal research, draft compelling pleadings, and participate in court proceedings.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop strategic litigation approaches.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm, with a strong focus on complex commercial litigation.
