About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Eglin NAF Resource Management Maintenance Office.
This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 96th Force Support Squadron at Eglin AFB Florida. Position is Regular Part-time (RPT) guaranteed 20 hours per week but may regularly work up to 40 hours per week.
RPT employees receive benefits (Health/Life Insurance; 401K & AFNAF Retirement Plan; Annual/Sick Leave and Holidays).Qualifications:Who May Apply: Open to everyone. Applicants will be categorized by preference(s) and/or priority consideration eligibilities. An applicant's eligibility will be determined based on eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and proof of eligibility MUST be provided with application by the closing date, 08/05/2026

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Experience which demonstrated the ability to operate, control and clean heavy powered equipment. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry heavy objects weighing more than 50 pounds. Work that does not require the skill and knowledge in operating heavy equipment continually involves extreme physical effort, such as constantly lifting or carrying objects weighing 80 to 100 pounds or more with assistance.
Education:Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
