Riboli Family Wines is hiring a Senior Brand Manager for Stella Rosa Wine and Spirits, joining the marketing team in Los Angeles, California.

Stella Rosa is one of the fastest-moving wine brands in the United States, and this role owns its strategic planning and annual business plans.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you will lead the Stella Rosa team and work across sales, digital, trade and events so the brand takes a full 360-degree approach to market. The position also carries people leadership: coaching and mentoring the Riboli brand team, including an associate brand manager and designers.

Key responsibilities
  • Build annual business plans, positioning strategies and programming that expand market share.
  • Work with internal and external teams so advertising, digital media, social content and point-of-sale merchandising align with brand initiatives.
  • Analyse syndicated data such as Nielsen to track brand performance, market data and consumer trends, and use it to optimise campaigns.
  • Partner with sales, finance, operations, trade, digital, events and external creative agencies.
  • Manage and develop a team, providing coaching and clear direction aligned to brand goals.
