Job description

Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our fast-paced warehouse fulfillment team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a company that's growing rapidly, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

  • Sunday - Wednesday AND Wednesday - Sunday Shifts
  • Four 10-hour shifts
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay

  • $18.50/hour to start
  • Increase to $19.50/hour after successfully completing your first 30 days and meeting performance expectations
  • Performance-based raises available

What You'll Do

  • Count and pack gummies
  • Evaluate, trim, weigh, and package bulk flower
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
  • Apply labels to products and shipping containers
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • At least 21 years old
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to perform basic math and counting
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take ownership and work as part of a team
  • High effort, high integrity
  • NO Drama

Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we'll give you a shot.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 25 pounds
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
