• Good understanding on Various basic issues and troubleshooting.
• General awareness of Monitoring tools and functionalities.
• Should be able to handle Multi screen monitoring.
• Should have minimum knowledge on Database administration.
• Should have knowledge on NOC team and its functionalities etc...
• Able to analyze and provide fixes for Regular issues
• Have good Knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Monitoring tools configuring knowledge.
• Prior NOC team experience.
