I'm interested in roles within the No Insurance healthcare model. What are some common challenges professionals face when working in a practice that does not accept insurance?

Professionals working in No Insurance (direct-pay or cash-only) healthcare practices often face the challenge of educating patients about payment structures and the value of services offered outside traditional insurance models. They may also need to handle more administrative duties related to billing and patient communication, as there is no insurance company acting as an intermediary. Additionally, building a strong patient base can take time, since many patients are accustomed to using insurance, and marketing efforts often need to focus on transparency and quality of care. However, this environment often allows for more time with each patient and greater autonomy in care decisions.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $35/hr DOE + Performance Bonuses | Company-Paid Malpractice Insurance

A Better Way to Deliver Care Starts Here.

At The Joint Chiropractic – St. Augustine, we're looking for a motivated Chiropractic Physician to join our growing team. This position starts at 3–4 days per week, with a clear path to growth and expansion as we open additional clinics in Palm Coast and Ormond Beach in 2026.

We've removed the barriers that typically get in a doctor's way — no insurance billing, no personal injury cases, no selling treatment plans. Just high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a streamlined, supportive environment where you can focus on what you do best: helping people feel better every day.

Our doctors receive a guaranteed daily rate plus performance bonuses, so you can stay focused on patient care — not paperwork or quotas.

This role is a great fit for both new graduates and experienced chiropractors who want to practice without the stress of running a private practice.
