Meyer Utility Structures is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our Clinton, IL plant. The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks supporting multiple departments across the plant, providing comprehensive support to accounting/finance, quality and supply chain. The successful candidate will also coordinate information and activities with internal team members, third parties, vendors and/or customers. This position involves data entry, document management, and coordination of paperwork related to incoming raw materials, job/production entry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating both office and plant floor environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general administrative duties and support for plant departments such as accounting/finance, quality control, supply chain etc.
  • Enter data related to incoming raw materials, completed products production into the designated digital system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Scan and digitally file operational documents, maintaining an organized and accessible digital filing system
  • Daily updates: Power BI, schedule printing, daily production.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned
