Job Overview
Our Data Entry Specialists play a critical role in the accurate processing of legal documents for our process server teams. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and verifying data across our internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment where precision matters - ensuring documents are correct, complete, and processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Enter and verify data accurately across multiple internal platforms
  • Identify and correct errors before documents move through the production process

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
