Job Summary:
The Cashier serves as the first and last point of contact for customers, providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service at the point of sale. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, accurately processing transactions, and expressing appreciation for their business. The role also entails answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. As a highly visible position, the Cashier must maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with customers, sales staff, office managers, and other team members are crucial. Good memorization and multitasking abilities are also important for success in this role.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Basic education that includes the ability to competently read and write.
