Software Developer
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits
Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.
As a Software Developer focused on Systems Software, you will work as part of an integrated web development team that will design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction related to adult learning solutions. These products include, but are not limited to: graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), blended, and face-to-face training. Development efforts will facilitate the overall team's educational mission.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Experience working in a training environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration.
  • Demonstrated experience developing Web Based Trainings (WBTs), online training courses, websites, and other e-learning solutions.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF, as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects) and other similar products.
  • Experience developing with with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML.
  • Experience solving complex application development problems.
  • Demonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations during the product design and requirements gathering process.
  • Demonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, editing and distribution.
  • Experience utilizing images and graphics from repository sites such as ENVATO, Shutterstock, and other subscription platforms.
