Blaze Pizza - Granville is currently hiring a full time or part time Restaurant Supervisor for our Granville, WV location. A Restaurant Supervisor should not only supervise their team but lead it to acheive their goals. A Restaurant Supervisor will assist in the planning and management at Blaze Pizza - Granville in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies all while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals. Applicants for this role should have effective verbal and written communication skills. Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities -Monitor team members to follow all service standards. -Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service. -Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion. -Read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift. -Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up. -Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff. -Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. -Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
