Physical Therapist – Front Royal, VA
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Physical Therapists provide high-quality, patient-centered care by evaluating, treating, and educating individuals with injuries, illnesses, or conditions that impact movement and function. In this collaborative healthcare environment, you will develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to help patients achieve optimal mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.

Position Overview
Permanent, full-time role
40 hours per week
Flexible schedule – option for longer days Monday through Thursday with a shorter day on Friday, or four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday

Compensation & Incentives
Pay: Based on Experience
Relocation assistance and applicable details available based on individual needs

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current Virginia Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
