We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Printing Press Operator, you will gain comprehensive exposure to prepress operations, color management, layout design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Setup — Prepare printing presses for production, including installing plates, adjusting rollers, mixing inks, and calibrating color.

  • Machine Operation — Run offset, digital, flexographic, or screen‑printing presses according to job specifications.

  • Quality Control — Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, clarity, and consistency throughout the run.

  • Maintenance Tasks — Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition.

  • Troubleshooting Issues — Identify and resolve printing defects such as streaks, smudges, misalignment, or ink imbalance.

  • Material Handling — Load paper, substrates, and ink; monitor supply levels; and coordinate with inventory teams.

  • Documentation — Maintain accurate production logs, job tickets, and maintenance records.

  • Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA and company safety protocols when operating machinery and handling chemicals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mechanical Aptitude — Ability to understand and work with mechanical systems.

  • Color Theory Knowledge — Understanding of CMYK, Pantone matching, and ink behavior.

  • Attention to Detail — Ability to spot print defects quickly and accurately.

  • Physical Stamina — Ability to stand for long periods, lift 40–60 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Technical Skills — Experience with offset, digital, flexo, or screen‑printing equipment.

    • Safely operate and maintain finishing equipment including industrial cutter and folder as well as pallet jacks
    • Stand/walk for 10 hours; frequently lift/carry 20-60 lbs; perform grasping, reaching, pushing/pulling, twisting, bending, and stooping
    • Follow safety protocols at all times; remain continuously aware of the work environment


  • High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Previous technical resource experience in a printing production environment, with two-five years of press operator experience
  • 2+ years as a printing press operator experience with Mark Andy P5s
