We’re currently hiring a 3rd Shift Saw Operator to join our team in Youngsville, NC. This is a great opportunity to build valuable skills while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This is a 3rd shift role: Sunday–Thursday, 8:30pm–5:00am.

As a Saw Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:
  • Operating and maintaining BACA saw machines
  • Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
  • Setting up jobs, including tooling and program selection
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
  • Working closely with your team to meet production goals
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment
