Job description

Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors / Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers are responsible for supervising crew members, assigning work positions, assisting with food preparation and customer service, handling customer complaints, managing cash drawers, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during their shift. Assistant Managers may also assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, training new employees, and opening and closing the restaurant. This position typically pays $15 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities depending on experience and location. Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers are responsible for leading the team during shifts, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, monitoring food quality and cleanliness, handling cash management procedures, completing shift reports, assisting with inventory and ordering, training employees, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee meal discounts, bonus programs, and opportunities for advancement into Restaurant General Manager roles.
