Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) – Labor and Delivery to support clinical and operational leadership within a high-performing Labor and Delivery department. This position assists in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating patient care services while providing leadership and support to nursing staff across assigned shifts.

The Assistant Nurse Manager works closely with department leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

• Support daily clinical and operational management of the Labor and Delivery unit
• Supervise and lead nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination

• Support staff development, coaching, and mentoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications
