We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team and provide essential support to our accounting department. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working with financial information and supporting a collaborative team.
About the Role:
As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be responsible for supporting the accounting department and helping maintain accurate project financial data. You'll assist with entering invoices, organizing lien releases, filing accounting documents, and supporting various accounting functions. If you're precise, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • File and maintain accounting documents both digitally and physically
  • Enter subcontractor and vendor invoices
  • Enter and organize lien releases from subcontractors
  • Assist with journal entries and other accounting-related tasks
  • Maintain and organize lien releases from subcontractors

What You Bring:
  • Experience: 1+ year of office experience or related field. Often has high school diploma or equivalent
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Sage, Procore, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Zoom
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
