NOW HIRING - Dough Baker
Do you enjoy baking and take pride in creating quality products from scratch? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dough Baker to join our team. This position is dedicated exclusively to preparing fresh dough for our signature kolaches each day and is an excellent opportunity to build your baking skills.
As a Dough Baker, you will prepare and mix dough according to Kolache Factory recipes and standards, ensuring every batch meets our quality expectations. This is a production-focused position with no cashier or customer service responsibilities.
For individuals who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a willingness to learn, this position offers the potential to transition into a full Baker role with expanded responsibilities and continued growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Prepare and mix dough following established recipes and procedures.
โ€ข Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
โ€ข Operate commercial baking and mixing equipment safely.
โ€ข Monitor dough consistency and quality throughout the preparation process.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
โ€ข Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
โ€ข Stock and organize ingredients and supplies as needed.
โ€ข Communicate with store management regarding production needs.
โ€ข Assist with general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift.
Schedule
