As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work one on one with clients to implement our child-centric therapy model in home, school and/or community environments. In partnership with your clinical supervisor, you will incorporate each child’s unique interests into fun, play-based sessions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists clinical supervisor in implementing behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting for clients who may have behavioral needs
  • Works closely with case supervisor to collect/record data on all programming during session with individual(s)
  • Targeting goals to improve clients social/life skills
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or enrollment in a Bachelor of Arts or science program that is related to Child Development, Sociology, Psychology, or any other related fields
  • special needs, psychology, or any other related fields
  • Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license
  • Multilingual language is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
