As a no-experience electrical engineer, you can expect to participate in a variety of entry-level projects, such as assisting with circuit design, supporting testing and validation processes, and helping with documentation. Most organizations pair new engineers with mentors or senior team members for hands-on training and guidance. You'll likely rotate through different tasks to build foundational skills while learning industry-standard tools and software. Early responsibilities often include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, attending regular meetings, and contributing to ongoing project development.
