What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care while leading and supporting the nursing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

  • Assess resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

  • Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes

Qualifications
  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state license

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Long-term care experience is preferred but not required

  • Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care
