Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
Licenses / Certifications (You need at least ONE from each group)Group 1 — Imaging or Respiratory Credentials

You must have one of these:

  • ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • CRT – Certified Respiratory Therapist
  • RRT – Registered Respiratory Therapist

(ARRT is the most common for CT/X‑ray techs. CRT/RRT suggests they may also accept respiratory therapists who have cross‑training.)

Group 2 — Basic Life Support

You must have one of these:

  • ARC BLS – American Red Cross Basic Life Support
  • AHA BLS – American Heart Association Basic Life Support
