Kozy Hotel Night Auditor

Where precision meets personality. Kozy Hotel is a modern, design-forward property that blends smart technology with exceptional service. We're looking for a Night Auditor who thrives in quiet hours, keeps operations running smoothly, and ensures every guest ends and begins their day on a high note.

Overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) includes weekends and holidays as needed.

As the Night Auditor, you'll be both the overnight front desk host and the financial closer for the day's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming late arrivals and assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Running minimal nightly audit reports and reconciling daily transactions
  • Monitoring property security and guest safety during overnight hours
  • Performing light housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed to support overnight operations
  • Ensuring a calm, professional presence and resolving any guest issues with care

What you bring:

  • Prior customer service experience, hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
