Job description

Mlee Healthcare is seeking two qualified Night Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join our team at a well-established hospital located just 1 hour from Wesley, Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate specialized equipment to analyze samples and verify test results accurately.
  • Maintain strict quality control by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform complex testing on patient samples with precision and attention to detail.
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited program (Military Degrees accepted).
  • Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician through NCA, ASCP, AMT, or exam eligible.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
