Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $43,000 - $140,000+ annually (based on experience & performance bonuses)
Basil Family Dealerships - is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-performing teams in Western New York!

What You'll Do:
  • Greet and guide customers through the car-buying process
  • Assist guests in finding the perfect vehicle while supporting team goals
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives

  • Accurately complete all required sales documentation

Requirements
What You'll Need:
  • A valid driver's license
  • A customer-first mindset and desire to learn
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, bartending, or insurance is a big plus
  • Automotive sales experience is highly valued, but not required
