Job description

The flash team recovers data from iPhones, Androids, iPads, SSDs, and all-flash devices. We are seeking an organized technician with micro-soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience that is excited to learn the art of data recovery. 
Education
Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–4 years of micro soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience
  • Ability to diagnose, assess and repair microelectronics
  • Understand how to interpret schematics 
  • Experience with soldering and rework station tools
  • Knowledge of logic board failures
  • Must have passion for staying ahead of current and future technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Great customer service skills are required as you will need to work with customers over the phone for some projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
