POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing a team of 5 with a dotted-line relationship to several others in various plants nationally.
  • Performing and managing layered audits
  • Constant Data Analytics and Data Mining
  • Knowledge of integrated supply chain model (i.e., parts sequencing, sub-assembly, cross-docking, logistics, warehousing, and materials handling.
  • Ensure formal escalation processes, with root cause ownership established at the facility level and corporate materials providing oversight, risk escalation, and enterprise-level corrective action where systemic issues exist.
  • Set direction for KPI performance, inventory control disciplines, and systemic issue resolution, including governing SLA adherence, monitoring performance against defined accuracy targets, and ensuring consistent enforcement of enterprise standards across STREME and customer systems.
  • Monitor performance trends and audit results to identify gaps, escalate risk, and deploy corrective and preventive actions, with a defined cadence of monthly performance review and quarterly deep dives, supported by a standardized reporting structure for PIs, SLA compliance, and audit outcomes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires more than 50% travel.
  • Must come from Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, and/or 3PL Experience
  • This position requires strong leadership experience
  • Must be technically savvy using any of the following:ย  SAP/Oracle/WMS/NGO/ERP/and. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.ย 
  • Must have experience writing business cases for additional quotes and resources.

Schedule/ Shift:ย This will fluctuate with company needs per locations

Location: Will be supporting various plants on a national level.

Travel Requirements: 50% or greater
