As a Quality Control Supervisor at Locke Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our precast concrete products. You will lead our quality control team in conducting inspections, implementing quality assurance measures, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and completing day to day operations of Quality Control programs; quality product inspections, documentation, etc.
  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising Quality Control operations
  • Assist the Quality Control Manager to develop, manage and monitor the Quality Control performance of the plant.
  • Schedule/Administer and track Quality Control training to site personnel to comply with Quality Control programs.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate the identifying areas of improvement and track continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
  • Other duties to ensure the overall quality and success of the business.

Successful Results

  1. Lead and supervise the quality control team, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of precast concrete products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
  3. Develop and implement quality assurance measures to prevent defects and ensure the consistency and reliability of our products.
  4. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  6. Train and mentor quality control technicians to enhance their skills and competencies.
  7. Coordinate with external quality auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and optimize product quality and performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the precast concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques.
