Cleaning Trainer & Quality Control Coach
Merry Maids of Providence | Warwick, RI | Full-Time | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

We're looking for a passionate, natural leader to train, coach, and mentor our cleaning teams - someone who takes pride in high standards and loves helping others grow into their best work. If you have a gift for teaching and an eye for detail, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm - No nights, no weekends.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Assist in refining training materials and processes for continuous improvement.

  • Leadership experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles (preferably in a cleaning or service-oriented field).

  • Reliable transportation when a fleet car isn't available.

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and criminal background check.
