Job description

Butterfly Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support renovation projects within an active medical/hospital environment in the Salem, VA area.

Seeking candidates with strong commercial, federal, VA, healthcare, or occupied-facility renovation experience who understand quality control, coordination, documentation, and working within active facilities where communication and planning are critical.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing inspections, submittals, punch lists, and daily QC processes while coordinating closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and project leadership.
