Job description



A recognized services company is currently seeking a new Quality Control Manager to support complex infrastructure projects in secure environments across North Washington, DC, and Frederick, MD. This mission-critical role involves managing Quality Control activities for projects onsite.


Responsibilities:



  • Leading the Quality Management System on assigned projects

  • Managing nonconforming installation and corrective actions

  • Documenting project-specific Quality Plans

  • Collaborating with project teams to understand scope and requirements

  • Implementing the 3-Phase Quality Control Process

  • Performing other duties, as needed


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years with a High School Diploma

  • Minimum 2 years as a Quality Control Manager

  • Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance is required

  • Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance

  • Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC Quality Control System

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents


Desired Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of experience in Construction and/or Project Management

  • Experience in USACE/NAVFAC environments
