About the Opportunity:

Join our client, a leader in the aviation industry dedicated to ensuring airworthiness and safety in every component they manage. This role as an Aviation Warehouse/QC – Manager/Director presents an exciting opportunity to oversee critical warehouse operations, drive inventory management, and uphold rigorous quality control processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor warehouse and quality control teams to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of aviation materials while ensuring FAA and ASA compliance.
  • Develop staffing and training plans that promote safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Manage inventory systems, maintain accurate records, and implement process improvements.
  • Lead quality control initiatives by reviewing inspections, documentation, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safe material handling practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of aviation warehouse or aviation aftermarket experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and ASA standards.
  • Experience with inventory management systems; Avsight ERP experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
