The Role

You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

  • B – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
  • D – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)



What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines
  • Set up machines according to work order specifications
  • Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes
  • Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
  • Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary:

  • Wages ranging from $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
  • Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
