Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate who is interested in working with a dynamic team to coordinate activities and operations within the warehouse.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Warehouse:  Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Shipping/Receiving: Loading and offloading of product
  • Inventory: Receipt, stocking, and distribution of product
  • Forklift operation
  • Fleet:  Operation and fueling of vehicles as requested
  • Other duties as assigned 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CONPETENCIES

  • Verbal and written flency in English
  • Intermediate technology skills
  • Ability to follow procedure and troubleshoot toward solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate within the team and with other departments

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Noise level in the work environment is usually low most of the day
  • Ability to move within the warehouse, climb ladders, reach for shelved items, squat down, and handle tight spaces
  • Able to lift and carry 30 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years work experience in a warehouse setting
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Certification to operate flat bed and box truck vehicles
  • Ability to obtain a Forklift Certification / Re-certification training offered by company
  • Solar and Electrical knowledge and/or experience
