The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!
The Digital Marketing Specialist's primary responsibility is to assist the marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities by working to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads.This position will utilize technology in creative ways to best serve customers and TLG Department Managers effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Successfully coordinate, produce, and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with internal departments in multiple regions on various marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Support the marketing department by measuring campaign results and providing reporting.
  • Utilize technology and creatively work with all levels of employees to identify effective and efficient ways to best serve customers' (B2B/B2C) wide range of needs.
  • Engage and connect with customers through our ongoing social media campaigns.
  • Maintain and update content on our websites and create landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Shoot photos and video with professional grade equipment to assemble and build a media bank.
  • Network with a wide variety of industry leaders and professionals for sponsorship, event, and media opportunities.
  • Assist HR and Department Managers in recruiting advertisements and media.
  • Spot marketing trends and work with leadership team on tracking ROI.
  • Develop strategies for content creation, customer event planning and internal communication.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in marketing, PR, communication, or related field is preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in a marketing or media creation role is required.
  • Experience with graphic design, social media, and photo editing is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, MAC products and multi-Media editing software is recommended.
