As a Line Cook at FatCats, your job is to help create delicious meals and appetizers that delight ourguests. You'll follow recipes, cook dishes to perfection, and present meals that wow. Our kitchen isfast-paced, energetic, and focused on safety and cleanliness. A Day in the Life of a Line Cook

Your shift starts with a kitchen team check-in where goals and tasks for the day are discussed.Throughout your shift, you'll be cooking meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keepingyour station clean. During busy times, you'll work alongside your teammates to ensure every guestgets their meal on time and made with care. As things slow down, you'll prep for the next rush andhelp clean and organize the kitchen. Before clocking out, you'll check with a Manager to make sureeverything is set for the next crew.

The Schedule

We're busiest when others are having fun, so we need people who can work nights, weekends, andholidays. Most shifts start between 4pm-6pm and go until 9pm-12am, but we'll do our best to work withyour schedule.
