Ever After Lawn Care is growing, and we’re hiring an experienced lawn-care professional to help us build our next crew.


This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional results and wants an opportunity to grow. Candidates with proven leadership experience will be considered for a Crew Lead position. Strong technicians can join the team with a clear path toward becoming a Crew Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally mow residential properties
  • Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs and flower beds
  • Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers and stand-on mowers
  • Trim shrubs and complete general landscape-maintenance work
  • Leave properties clean, detailed and free of clippings
  • Check gates and ensure properties are secure before leaving
  • Load, unload and properly secure equipment
  • Follow daily routes efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Operate and communicate through our App
  • Help maintain equipment and report problems promptly
  • Lead and train crew members when assigned to a leadership role

Qualifications

  • 2 years Previous professional lawn-maintenance experience required
  • Experience with commercial lawn equipment
  • Reliable transportation to our East Orlando starting location
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
  • Dependable, punctual and able to maintain a steady pace
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Trailer-driving and crew-lead experience are a major plus
