The Crew Leader we need is a team player who wants to make serious money while providing a “WOW” experience to every customer.  You’ll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month. Position Overview

  • Work Hours: Full Time, W2 Employee
  • Pay: $35hr during training. After training: $22hr plus 60% commission
  • Compensation Structure: Hourly plus production bonus

Required Experience

  • Previous carpentry/rough framing 
  • Subfloor installation
