Your Role
Gensler is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our Denver team. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our designs to life by serving as the on-site liaison between our design teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. This position is an essential member of our project delivery process and represents Gensler in the field, ensuring communication is clear, issues are resolved quickly, and project intent is maintained throughout construction.
This role requires 50-75% travel, as you will be on-site regularly to support coordination, documentation, and problem-solving across active project locations.

What You Will Do
You will be viewed as a project delivery expert with recognized authority in:
  • Contract Administration/Change Management
  • Document Control and file structures
  • BIM standards and requirements
  • PMO logistics and support (FFE/IT/supplies)
  • Coordination and communications with all design consultants, clients, stakeholders, contractors, consulates and staff
  • Gensler's project procedures & startup
  • Project meeting coordination
  • CD project phase including RFIs, submittals, QA/QC document stamping and coordination
  • Onsite Project Management support which will include frequent travel around the country to different sites
  • Create field reports
  • Attend OAC meetings
  • Attend architectural punch walks and generate punch lists
  • Bluebeam review process & procedures
  • Upload and download items in Procore
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule, Newforma, etc.)
  • Sustainable design/LEED

Your Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience, Construction Administration experience
  • Onsite Project Management support experience for large, complex projects (mission critical projects a plus)
  • Must be able to travel 50-75% for regular on-site project administration
  • Good team skills and design team communications
  • Good with clients, stakeholders, contractors, consultants & staff
  • Familiarity with working with a variety of jurisdictions
  • Proficient writing and verbal communication skills
  • Procore Experience
  • Bluebeam review process & procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule, Newforma, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizen required
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED

**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually + bonuses + benefits
