What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own and drive the complete performance of your location
  • Aggressively grow sales, car count, and gross profit
  • Increase ARO and service penetration through team coaching and accountability
  • Recruit, hire, and develop A-players at every position
  • Train and coach Service Advisors to maximize sales opportunities ethically and effectively
  • Lead daily performance huddles focused on metrics and production

You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy shop environment with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime as business needs require.
