Job description

  • You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to complete tasks on-time while meeting safety and quality requirements
  • In addition, you will perform multiple tasks that will change day-to-day as new products are developed
  • You will execute design of experiments, working with New Product Introduction engineers to develop new materials and processes
  • You will manufacture new materials and execute new processes with limited instructions using accumulated knowledge, while maintaining a safety-first mindset
  • Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as business needs arise
  • You will follow step by step instructions detailed by engineers in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions
  • Additionally, you will display the ability to perform basic and accurate math for production needs using a calculator and provided spreadsheets
  • You will perform the operation of machines, fork trucks, and/or associated equipment
  • Also, you will complete minor to moderate machine adjustments and maintenance repairs as needed by utilizing your mechanical skillset
