Job Description

The desired candidate will be a vital part of the Global IT team with a proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address challenges and opportunities within the New Product Introduction (NPI) domain. The candidate will be responsible for working with business and IT leads and working with the development team in the planning, design, and development of new projects. S/he will partner with the Product and the IT teams and drive dialogue on streamlining offers within guard rails. S/he is expected to understand the cross-business requirements that form a product or solution. Will be expected to participate in scrubs of items that form the product and feature pipeline. S/he will be pivotal in driving integrated customer experience solutions whether it's in how customers access or leverage our ecosystems. The role requires the candidate to work closely with the developers and cross-functional track IT subject matter experts. A person who is passionate about improving business processes, and helping our business partners envision the future & how we enable it.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Partnering with businesses leads and your IT peers to understanding the demand and offers, and driving dialogue on streamlining offers within guard rails

  • Accountable for working with business partners and IT peers to understand their requirements and translating those into IT requirements for the development teams

  • Partner with the CX team to build the simplest experiences for NPIs

  • Focus on enabling cross-sell offers with the business functional area, especially across the recent mergers and acquisitions

  • Accountable for Product roadmap, market analysis, competitive analysis

  • Collaborate effectively with both business and IT partners across all functions through prioritization cadences to meet commitments. Work through issues and challenges to complete tasks on time and within budget

  • Translate rapidly transforming business needs into functional requirements, including proposing alternative solutions or options for implementation.

  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures as measured by goals and business satisfaction.

  • Identify, define, and enable managed delivery metrics and reporting

  • Own a clear and compelling vision of your product

  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and finding exponential breakthroughs

  • Responsible for maximizing the value of the product & monitor adoption

  • Responsible for continuous maintenance of the product backlog

  • Accountable for prioritization of features with your business product partner

Target Base Salary Range:$160,000 USD - $170,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Note:This position is remote, but candidates capable of a Chicago hybrid schedule (1-2 days per week) are preferred.
