You will partner with product, engineering, architecture, implementation, sales enablement, operations, and client-facing teams to translate client, market, operational, and technology needs into scalable product direction that modernizes workflows and improves delivery across core-connected experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Define and advance product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution plans for Core UI initiatives supporting branch, teller, account opening, servicing, and digital-to-branch experiences.
  • Translate client needs, business objectives, operational workflows, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements, feature definitions, and prioritization recommendations.
  • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, user experience, implementation, support, sales enablement, and operations teams to align delivery milestones and go-to-market readiness.
  • Conduct client discovery, feedback sessions, competitive analysis, and stakeholder reviews to identify product opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Coordinate dependencies across core banking products, branch applications, workflow capabilities, and enabling technologies to support consistent client experiences.
  • Balance trade-offs across client value, delivery timing, investment, operational impact, regulatory requirements, technical complexity, and long-term product strategy.
  • Create roadmap narratives, business cases, executive updates, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate product direction, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes.
  • Support launch and adoption activities by aligning enablement, implementation, training, support, and internal operating processes for new or enhanced Core UI capabilities.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or related roles supporting banking, financial technology, core banking platforms, branch operations, or enterprise software products.
  • 6+ years of experience leading complex product initiatives, roadmap planning, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, or delivery execution in a matrixed organization.
  • 6+ years of experience translating client needs, operational workflows, business strategy, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and delivery priorities.
  • Experience supporting financial institution operations, including branch servicing, teller workflows, account opening, customer or member servicing, or core-connected banking processes.
  • Experience communicating product strategy, business value, risks, dependencies, and decisions to executive, technical, operational, and client-facing audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking dependencies, and maintaining alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with core banking platforms, branch transformation, account opening, teller modernization, workflow automation, or digital banking enablement.
  • Experience working with engineering, architecture, user experience, implementation, support, sales enablement, training, and client-facing teams to launch enterprise product capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story development, feature prioritization, and iterative product delivery.
  • Master's degree, Master of Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
