Our solutions span device testing, supply chain automation, reverse logistics, and data analyticsโ€”enabling clients to improve quality, recover value, and operate more sustainably.

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Technical Program Manager to take charge of operational service delivery for key North American customer accounts. In this role, youโ€™ll oversee complex, large-scale service programsโ€”ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Partnership: Act as the main operational contact for clients, leading regular performance meetings and ensuring alignment on goals.
  • Program Management: Build and manage detailed project plans, track KPIs and SLAs, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to define requirements and improve service performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and operational efficiencies to improve speed, cost, and quality.
  • Business Alignment: Support Strategic Account Managers in achieving revenue, margin, and growth targets through operational excellence.

What Youโ€™ll Bring:

  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in program delivery, operations management, or technical service delivery, ideally in client-facing roles.
  • Background in mobile, connected devices, reverse logistics, consumer electronics, or SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to performance management.
  • Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and KPIs for large-scale programs.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Why Youโ€™ll Love This Role

  • Collaborative Culture โ€“ Work alongside innovative, mission-driven professionals.
  • Growth Opportunities โ€“ Build your expertise and advance your career.
  • Impactful Work โ€“ Shape how global enterprises manage connected technology.
  • Flexibility โ€“ Hybrid or remote options to help you thrive.
  • Inclusive Environment โ€“ Your ideas and voice will be valued.
  • Competitive Benefits โ€“ Comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness coverage.
