Job Description

New Grad Nurse Residency Program

Now Accepting New Graduate RNs for our Nurse Residency Program.

El Camino Health's New Graduate Nurse Residency is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation

RNs will be hired intopositionsprimarily in the Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Telemetry, Tele- Stroke and Float Pool.

Program will begin September 14, 2026

Please Note: Applications must be submitted via the El Camino Hospital Website only-Thank you

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program within the past 18 months.

* California RN License by 7/24/26

* Current AHA BLS certification.

* BSN preferred.

All items listed below must be submit at the time of application

1. Resume- As part of your resume, include a brief statement of your professional goal(s), a brief listing of your clinical rotations including a description of your Senior Capstone/preceptor project.


2. References - Must include 3 Letters of Recommendation - at least 2 must be from Nursing Instructors, the 3rd may be from either a Nursing Instructor or a Clinical Preceptor


3. Copy of your final Transcriptindicating graduation date and nursing degree conferred (unofficial is acceptable)-

Note:if final transcript not available at time of application, submit most current transcript; must be able to provide final transcription no later than 7/12/26

4. Certification(s)-AHA BLS required. Please include any additional related certifications (ie: ACLS, etc.)

Licensure - Should be submitted at time of application if available. Must have current, active, unrestricted California RN license no later than 7/24/26

Salary Range:

$83.20 - $83.20 USD Hour
