The firm focuses on backing visionary founders, and category‑defining investment firms. As an independent alternative investment firm, New Catalyst provides GP seeding and growth capital solutions to emerging private market managers – the “Next Generation GPs” – across buyout, special situations, growth equity, and select other private market strategies.

The Firm was founded with support from and in strategic partnership with Apollo Global Management, Inc ("Apollo"), including a cornerstone capital commitment and operational support to help create value for the Firm and its investments.

Led by experienced investors with a deep history of identifying and scaling emerging managers, New Catalyst is assembling a team that is both operationally excellent and deeply aligned with its strategy: To empower the next generation of investment leaders and help them build enduring franchises.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
