Qualifications:

  • Must be BC in Pediatric Emergency Medicine with established academic and leadership background.

  • Ability to help develop and grow an already innovative and clinically excellent program, with potential aspirations to help form a PEM fellowship

  • Ability to help nurture and advance the clinical (and beyond) goals of the 5 FT, 2 PT, and multiple per diem physicians who currently work in the PED

  • Excellent compensation package including robust benefits, CME allowance, expense reimbursement account and fully paid malpractice coverage

Pediatric Position Profile:

  • 23,000 annual pediatric visits

  • Independent pediatric emergency department

  • 20 pediatric beds

  • 10-hour physician shifts

  • 8-hour Advanced Practice Provider shifts

  • Level I Pediatric trauma center

  • 10-bed PICU and 40-bed NICU

  • Research opportunities available
